The countdown is on for one of Nigeria’s most anticipated event industry gatherings! The Association of Professional Party Organizers and Event Managers of Nigeria (APPOEMN) is back with the fifth edition of its iconic annual celebration: OWANBE 5.0 scheduled to take place on 3rd February 2026 in Lagos. 

This year’s theme, “Nigeria Old Skool Concept – The 1940’s REVIVAL“, promises an unforgettable night of culture, networking, and entertainment, steeped in the vibrant, timeless, and colourful heritage of Nigeria’s classic party era.

According to APPOEMN President, Ayiri Oladunmoye, OWANBE is “our own way of thanksgiving and ushering in the new year.” It is a platform to celebrate excellence, strengthen professional networks, appreciate talents, and promote the values that keep the Nigerian event industry thriving.
